Arctic design and user experience as a business developer.
Time: Thursday 25th February 2016, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Venue: Korundi House of Culture
The seminar is organised in cooperation with Lappset and Themed Entertainment Association.
In the main seminar for the Arctic Design Week held on Thursday 25 February, the design concept is unwrapped from the perspective of user-orientation and the customer experience. Taking the customer experience into consideration is a matter that concerns every company, and using design the customer experience can be further improved. Once the customer and the user are taken into account in the planning and development of the product and service, the end result is a satisfied buyer and more successful business.
The morning session of the seminar concentrates on user-orientation and the customer experience of product and service design examined from the perspectives of experience design and digitalisation. Following the morning seminar, the day continues with the afternoon workshop session intended for entrepreneurs, where the themes handled in the morning are tackled in a more concrete manner with assistance provided by top experts in the field, ultimately providing each participant concrete tools and insights to take away with them.
During the course of the day you will learn how to utilise design specifically focused on your own operations, get close to the top people in the industry, and have the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs and operators. Thursday evening continues with the very popular and already traditional networking event.
Friday has enterprise-specific sparring on offer, where topics for development are thoroughly and concretely examined with experts.
